IST College is located in Koukaki which is one of the most internationally recognized and safe areas of Central Athens. The neoclassical building that hosts IST College is located right next to the Syngrou-Fix metro station, with easy access from all parts of the city. The building has 12 spacious classrooms with natural sunlight that create the right environment for active participation of students in class, using integrated technologies (video & audio systems) and wireless Internet access. All classrooms have comfortable seating, heating and air condition arrangements. IST College has 2 Computer Labs with 40 workstations, equipped with modern systems and networks and high-speed Internet connection. All students have access to the library with electronic and printed access to books and scientific journals as well as a comfortable reading room. The laboratory spaces are used for scheduled courses and for the free use of students, conducting seminars, etc. There is also accessibility for people with disabilities (PWDs).

The building is of historical importance as it was the former residence of the famous Fix family, which owned the Fix brewery. Today the Fix brewery is the National Museum of Contemporary Art. The building was designed by a famous architect Ernestos Chiller, who was one of the most important architects of Greece. He designed and supervised the construction of hundreds of public and private buildings such as the National Theatre, the Mint, the Academy of Athens, the Presidential Palace, etc.
