With over 30 years of experience in the field of HR from leadership positions in global Fortune 500 companies, Petros Anagnostou is an accomplished professional in the field of Talent Science and Executive Coaching. He has dedicated his entire career to the development of executives and people. Multi-traveled and well-traveled, he has lived in many countries and has been exposed to many cultures and different ways of life, which have enabled him to develop a global outlook and an international mindset. His graduate studies in Organizational Behavior in the U.S., combined with his advanced professional skills, have allowed him to help people make professional and personal progress and transform their lives. With the ambition to leave a significant footprint in the challenging field of Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, he founded Talentum Mundi™, a company whose vision is to provide to society through programs, content and initiatives that empower people to be the best version of themselves.

Pavlos Mavridis studied in the United Kingdom, obtaining a degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Keele University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Birmingham. He was a research associate at the International Hellenic University for three years teaching Organisational Behaviour in the postgraduate programmes in Business Administration and Tourism Hospitality. He was also a partner of the Hellenic Association of Management Consultants for at least a decade, making recommendations for all HR modules. Work wise he maneuvered in the KRI KRI milk industry taking over the “building” of the HR Department, winning awards and distinctions for HR management practices and for creating a people oriented culture. In particular, the HR Department of KRI KRI was awarded as the best department in 2009, while the Serra-based company was awarded in 2007 and 2011 as the 1st food industry with the best working environment in the Great Place to Work competition. The awards were completed with the management of human resources after the devastating fire in 2014, as well as the pandemic by offering well being and work life balance services to the staff. Today Mr. Mavridis, having gained rich experience and expertise in all modules of industrial HR, specializing in recruitment and talent management, conducting over 2500 thousand interviews and utilizing tools such as rotation and project based program, he started a PhD program at the University of the Aegean and is active as an external partner (HR Business Partner), in companies in Northern Greece, dedicating most of his time to Koukakis Farm, in order to implement what he loves most and knows best, namely the creation of a best workplace!

Thanos Mytilineos holds a degree in Economics with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. He started his career in London, where he worked on the development of innovative electronic staffing and career management applications. Upon returning to Greece, he was actively involved in the creation of the Citizen Service Centres and subsequently worked on various staffing, assessment and HR development projects as a business consultant. For the last 13 years, he has been Human Resources Manager at the Athens Euroclinic Group and at the pharmaceutical companies DEMO and FAMAR.

Viki Haritou is a Human Resources Management & Development Executive and Business Coach.

With a Master’s degree in Finance but a rich post-graduate training in people management and development, she has over 22 years of work experience in multinational and demanding environments, having held various positions focusing on HR training and development, in Performance Appraisal and Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, etc.

She is a seminar presenter and leader of HR development teams with rich experience in the banking and tourism industry, consulting companies and NGOs.

Vicki strongly believes in the value of continuous personal and professional development of people and conducts training and coaching seminars in both Greek and English.

Konstantinos Belsis was born in Athens where he is a resident. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester – UK. He also holds degrees and seminars in Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Sales Techniques, Crisis Management and Negotiation among others. He has more than 20 years in the sales field and has worked both in Greece and abroad in the consumer goods, health and automotive sectors. He has held positions as Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager, Business Excellence Manager as well as Director. He has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than ten years. From his position as Director of Libytec Pharmaceuticals he currently leads a team of employees working in the Marketing and Sales departments. During his employment in the pharmaceutical industry he has worked with prominent key opinion leaders, key prescribers and executives of various, healthcare organizations (Hospitals, etc.) with many accolades. He teaches communication and sales techniques based on international methodology and tools through which significant results are achieved and drive staff to achieve high scores. He is a certified facilitator and for the last 10 years he has been using his experience and knowledge focusing on the biggest asset of companies which is human resources. He has worked with prestigious Institutions and Organizations such as Stavros Niarchos Foundation, Association of Greek Industrialists (SEV), EEFAM, PEF, EEDE, MSL Advisors, London UK as well as colleges abroad.

Consultant in the design and implementation of HR Systems and Business Organization, Executive Development in Leadership and Management as well as Executive Coach & OD consultant. His previous experience includes positions as consultant and trainer in HR issues in cooperation with public and private sector organizations. Most recently, he served as HR Director at Brink’s Hellas. He also served as Head of Human Resources at DSGi South East Europe (Kotsovolos stores), as Head of Human Resources and Logistics at “Athenian Olympic Radio and Television S.A. E”, which was responsible for the production of the Olympic Games “ATHENS 2004” on behalf of the Organizing Committee, and as Regional Sales Manager and then as Human Resources & Training Manager at the retail chain NIKI S.A. E.(Super Market Marinopoulos) Dimitris holds an MSc Food Science & Management from Queen Elizabeth College, University of London , BSC in Chemistry from Aristotle University and a “Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development Consulting” from Impact pcs. He is also a certified adult trainer.

Alexandra Varla is an Athens Lawyer, a graduate of the Athens Law School and holds an LLM in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London. She specializes in the areas of Intellectual Property, E-Commerce and Personal Data. Alexandra handles cases across the full spectrum of Commercial Law and in particular, manages complex and specialised legal issues arising in the application of Intellectual Property Law and E-Commerce in the particular industry of Fashion. He has extensive experience in the legal framework and fundamental principles governing online transactions and the creation of online stores, providing specialized, practical advice on contracting, e-invoicing and compliance with Consumer Protection Law and Personal Data Protection Law, in an online environment. Alexandra is the organizer of the 1st and 2nd Fashion Law Conference “Fashioning the Law: Design – Protect – Trade – Mediate.

Structure

The Programme is structured in three Phases comprising a total of eleven (11) modules, which are designed to cover all the main functions of Human Resource Management:

ACTA certification

The Diploma is certified for the quality of its subjects, its lecturers, the way of evaluating the students, as well as the quality of its material, with the Quality Training Label of Expert level by ACTA of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
