IDEAL Technology, a business unit of IDEAL Holdings and one of the largest and most experienced technology distributors in Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, through its authorized training center IDEAL – Fortinet Authorized Training Center, announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IST College, aiming to strengthen education and professional training in the field of Cybersecurity.
The collaboration aims to create a modern and comprehensive educational framework that connects academic knowledge with international professional certification, addressing the growing market demand for specialized Cybersecurity professionals.
Within the framework of the collaboration, IST College provides applied education through the Diploma in Cyber Security, offering students strong theoretical training and a substantial understanding of contemporary challenges in the field of information systems security.
At the same time, IDEAL Technology offers Fortinet’s official certification pathway, enabling participants to obtain internationally recognized certifications and enhance their professional competitiveness.
Additionally, as part of the collaboration, a specialized four-hour Fortinet-focused Workshop will be implemented, which will be integrated into the curriculum and will serve as an introduction to the Fortinet technology ecosystem, while also acting as a bridge to official trainings and certifications.
