Description

The Change Management Seminar aims to help you adapt and redesign your personal strategy in the corporate environment. You will also learn ways to facilitate the development of communication, within your workplace, in order to achieve the most efficient cooperation with the other executives of your company. At the same time, as an employee, you will distinguish the types of work changes and how to manage them. You will understand that when organizations undergo changes, employees are called upon to adapt accordingly, under the promptings, directions or requirements of business executives.

The programme is aimed at business executives who are already facing or are about to face changes in their work environment and have the responsibility for handling them.
