Description

The Diploma in Exports Management is a comprehensive specialisation programme in International Trade. It is specifically designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective management of all stages of export activity. The aim of the programme is to provide expertise that ensures the successful implementation of export procedures, avoiding mistakes, loss of time and resources, thus enhancing the competitiveness and efficiency of businesses at an international level.

Lectures

Studied Marketing, BSc and Banking, MSc American Institute of Banking in the US.
She worked in the US at the National Bank of Greece, Chicago Branch and at the Italian Banco di Roma (Chicago Branch), as a member of the International Division and Trade Finance. After 10 years of banking experience in the US, she returned to Greece and continued to work in the banking industry as a Trade Finance Manager. In 1990 she started as a founding member of the newly established Interbank Bank which was later absorbed by Eurobank from where she retired after 22 years of continuous work as a Manager in Trade Finance, Retail Banking and for the last 10 years in International Relations and Correspondent Banking responsible for America, Japan, England, Australia and Northern Europe with long term participation in the SIBOS World Banking Conference with the organization of a booth and B2B meetings.
In 2012 she retired from Banking and founded the consultancy “Simply Exports” specializing in the proper preparation of an export activity and product as well as in the management of Export Processes (Outsourcing Export Services).
Presenter of Export seminars with the Association of Greek Banks, in many forums, training seminars & export conferences.

Manos-Nikolaos Papadakis has been working for the last 11 years at the Greek office of the International Supply Chain Standards Organization GS1 (GS1 Greece), contributing practically to the optimization of the operations of the Greek GS1 member companies in Greece through the implementation of the GS1 International Standards and innovative solutions, supporting them in their journey to achieve strategic and operational goals in innovation and digital transformation. As Senior Executive of the GS1 Organization, his main tasks include, among others, consulting and training GS1 member companies in Greece on various topics (digital platforms, exports, traceability, supply chain management, etc.), Project Management (international/national), development and expansion of GS1 standards, products and services in the Greek market and management of GS1 Greece services. Working with companies (export and non-export), industries and organizations from all sectors (e.g. agri-food, transport and logistics, pharmaceutical and medical devices, retail, consumer FMCGs & FMCHs products, heavy industry and energy products, public sector, etc.).

He holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management and Logistics (NTUA and the School of Shipping and Industry of the University of Piraeus), a Master of Science in Executive MBA (University of Piraeus) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (University of West Attica).
At the same time, he is an academic researcher at the University of Piraeus in research areas such as innovation in shipping, transport and logistics and sustainability with relevant publications in scientific journals and international conferences.
He is a member of various Standard Development Groups of the International GS1 Organization as well as of Institutes and Organizations (e.g. Technical Chamber of Greece, Project Management Institute, Hellenic Logistics Society, Logistics Management Institute of Greece, Hellenic Academy of Marketing etc.).

Dionysis Grigoropoulos was born in Athens in 1971 with a degree in Computer Programmer Analyst from Piraeus Technological Educational Institute (TEI) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath. He has 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, IT, Sales and Management. In 2004 he was Project Manager for the installation of telematics equipment and management of 5,000 vehicles for the 2004 Olympics. He is a founding member of ITS HELLAS and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Logistics Company (EEL) from 2006 to 2012. In 2013 he was certified as a Specialist Partner in the European Union in Transport & Logistics. Since 2009 he has established the company Logistics Way which operates in the Supply Chain sector offering transformation services, strategic implementation of processes – information systems. Since 2016 he is a preferred partner of AMAZON.

In January 2012 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Association of the Refrigeration & Logistics Industry

Yannis Chaldoupis is an export executive since 2001 with previous experience in companies such as the dairy company FAGE as Area Export Manager and then in the Beekeeping Company Alexandros Pittas as Export Manager.

Since 2016 he has founded the consulting company FINE GOODS, which provides consulting services to well-known companies from Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands for their successful expansion in foreign markets, specializing in the Middle East and Asian markets.

Fine Goods , acting as a third party export office for its partner companies, has so far successfully placed products of its partner companies in demanding markets such as: Saudi Arabia, Korea, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Jordan, Kuwait, etc.

In 2024, FINE GOODS was awarded the Bronze Award in the Top Export Consultants category at the Greek Export Awards, a distinction that reflects the company’s successful course.

Yannis Chaldoupis, in 2023, was included by Food Reporter magazine in the food100 list of the 100 most influential executives in the food and beverage industry in Greece for the last two years.

He participated in SEV’s extroversion committee, in the export working group of the initiative ELLA DIKA MAS, and he often takes part in conferences, speeches and training sessions on Exports.

He is Eligible Candidate by the EBRD (European Bank of Reconstruction & Development) for international consulting projects supported by EBRD International and Pre-Qualified to provide consulting services to SMEs supported by EBRD in Greece.

Entrepreneur who has been active in the export industry for the last 30 years. He was elected President of the Cretan Exporters Association for 6 consecutive three-year terms. Member of the Council for Extroversion. Former President and CEO of the OPE. Former Executive Director of International Trade of Enterprise Greece. Former member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Crete. Former Member of the Board of Directors of the Lassithi Chamber of Commerce and the “Cretan Food” cluster.
