Description

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive to what is happening around us.

While mindfulness is something we all possess naturally, it is more readily available to us when we practice it on a daily basis.

Whenever we bring awareness to what we directly experience through our senses or our state of mind through our thoughts and feelings, we are aware.

  • What is mindfulness? Seeing my feelings.
  • How does stress affect my life? I come to terms with my feelings.
  • How does anger affect my life? What is self-compassion? The practice of mindfulness in my life.
