The Program Ms in Human Resources Management offered by IST College in collaboration with College De Paris is designed to provide you with expertise in Human Resources Management and all the necessary knowledge and skills to take on a leadership role and make an impact positively impact employee performance and business growth.
The program is strategically oriented , aiming to provide you with the resources to manage the increasing complexity and challenges of modern business human resources operations. Through understanding current trends and best practices you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in the field of Human Resource Management, in roles related to management and leadership and at the same time you will be able to implement a human resources policy in accordance with your company’s strategy that will aim to achieve the company’s goals through the maximum performance of its employees.
The program is offered in collaboration with the College de Paris, one of the largest educational organizations in France and with a presence in 20 countries internationally.
Objectives of the program
The goal of the Ms in Human Resources Management Graduate Program is to provide students with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to effectively manage human resources in businesses and organizations. Specific goals of the program achieved through its specialized design are:
- The in-depth understanding and learning of the theoretical and practical aspects of Human Resource Management.
- The ability to develop strategies and policies for the effective management of human resources, in direct adaptation to the goals and strategy of the business / organization.
- The development of skills to attract, integrate, develop, evaluate, engage and retain Human Resources.
