Description

The Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing focuses on the core digital marketing strategies used for effective communication with modern online consumers. The programme covers all major digital channels and media, such as: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Websites, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising and Email Marketing.

The programme is based on case studies, the most up-to-date digital, social media and performance marketing strategies, as well as extensive hands-on practice on computers, through workshops in the IST Labs. Participants actively engage in workshops and practical exercises, both individually and in group settings.

The programme also includes a module on the legal framework governing the internet and digital business, taught by a specialized legal professional-partner, covering key issues such as GDPR, cookies, intellectual property rights, advertising ethics, e-commerce and personal data protection.

In addition, the programme integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, aiming to demonstrate how digital marketers can automate and optimize their daily work in areas such as: content creation, campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, email marketing and data analysis.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence into the programme is practical and applied. Participants are trained in the use of AI tools for real-life digital marketing scenarios, such as: strategic campaign planning, content production and optimization, predictive analytics and performance optimization.

Upon successful completion of the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, graduates will be able to:

• Create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Apply search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website rankings in Google search results.
• Create and manage elements of digital identity and online presence.

Digital Marketing Instructor, certified in Google Analytics, Google AdWords Professional as well as Professional Internet Marketer from Web Ceo University. With many years of work experience in web programming and online strategy design for the promotion of large and medium sized companies.

Samata Loukia has a degree in Economics (National and Kapodistrian University), MSc in e-Business and Digital Marketing and a postgraduate degree (PMBA). She works as Digital & e-Commece Marketing Manager in a nutrition and health supplements company and is co-founder & CEO of Fertility Route, an online medical & tourism brokerage company specializing in IVF.

Maggie Kontou was born in Athens in 1991 and is a graduate of IST College. She is co-founder and Lead Product & UI/UX Designer of SimpleApps. The company is active in the field of mobile apps and digital marketing, while its services have been awarded in many youth entrepreneurship, innovation and design competitions. She is co-organizer of Google Developers Group Athens (GDG Athens), Ambassador of Google’s Women Techmakers Greece program and trainer in the Digital Marketing program, Grow with Google. She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Mobile Computing from the University of Hertfordshire (UH).

Dimitris Kalogeropoulos holds a Master’s degree in European and International Law from Keele University in the United Kingdom. He has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer in the fields of commercial, civil, and family law, representing individuals and businesses at both national and international levels.
He has collaborated with organizations such as JP Morgan and the United Nations (UN) and is a recommended lawyer of the British Embassy. In parallel, he is an accredited trainer of the Hellenic Association of Business Executives (EEDE), specializing in GDPR, commercial, maritime, labor, and administrative law. He has extensive experience in executive training, promoting legal compliance and operational security.

Workshop Social Media Strategy

This is the design and implementation of a digital strategy for a company that each trainee chooses at the beginning of the program. It includes the analysis of the market, the design and implementation of appropriate digital marketing actions, the measurement and evaluation of the results, as well as the presentation of this project to the team of facilitators after the completion of the seminar modules. This project is carried out throughout the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing under the guidance of a supervising lecturer.

The project is the vehicle for the comprehensive and practical application of the knowledge and skills developed during the 124 hours of training.

Modes of Delivery

Online: The programme can be attended entirely online in real time, through IST College’s modern and user-friendly digital platform, providing direct access to classes and learning materials.

On-Demand: The programme offers the option of asynchronous attendance. Participants have access to recorded lessons, which they can watch at their own time and pace.

Mixed: Participants can create their own flexible study schedule by combining any of the above attendance modes.

ACTA certification

The Diploma is certified for the quality of its subjects, its lecturers, the way of evaluating the students, as well as the quality of its material, with the Quality Training Label of Expert level by ACTA -of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
