Description
A dynamic, experiential in-house workshop that leverages a simulated crisis scenario (“Shipwreck Simulation”), transforming uncertainty into an opportunity for strategic growth.
Participants are invited to operate as a team within an environment of pressure, limited resources, and critical decision-making. Starting from the initial “shipwreck” – a metaphor for business instability – they are guided step by step toward a culture of collaboration, alignment, and high performance.

Lecturer
Dimitris Thanopoulos holds a degree in Biology from the University of Patras and a degree in Business Administration from the Hellenic Open University.
He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Janssen Hellas, serving in roles such as Business Unit Head, Brand Lead, Product Manager, and Medical Education Expert. He specializes in strategy, team development, partner leadership, digital innovation, and product management.
Today, he is co-founder of 4fluids, an integrated consulting network providing specialized advisory services tailored to the demands and needs of modern businesses.
