Lecturer

Giannis Angelakis is the founder of Engage Media and a business consultant specializing in commercial strategy and development through digital infrastructure. He has extensive teaching experience, having trained company executives and students in areas such as digital marketing, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, and digital transformation.

He is a graduate of the Department of Communication, Media and Culture at Panteion University, with a specialization in Marketing, and has been professionally active in the field of digital and interactive media since 1997. He has held senior executive positions in major companies such as the Forthnet/NOVA Group and Kathimerini.

Participants are invited to propose ways in which a business (specific case study) could leverage Artificial Intelligence to its benefit.

  • What are LLMs and how do they work? How was ChatGPT developed and why is it so popular?
  • How has ChatGPT changed the landscape of search, and how does it differ from what we knew until now? How are businesses using it (general and specific examples)? In what other areas can it be applied?

Participants will answer a real-time multiple-choice quiz related to the programme content. The answers form part of the learning process and will be thoroughly explained by the instructor after completion of the test.
