The Bachelor Informatique OPEN I.T. is an undergraduate degree programme, offered by IST in collaboration with the College de Paris, with a three-year duration of study and upon successful completion the Bachelor degree is awarded. Depending on the programme of study followed, IET graduates may enter directly into the third year of the Bachelor Informatique OPEN I.T.

The programme is offered in collaboration with the College de Paris. The College de Paris is included in the INTERDISCIPLINARY ORGANISATION FOR THE RECOGNITION OF ACADEMIC AND INFORMATION TITLES lists.

Objectives of the Programme

The Bachelor Informatique OPEN I.T. is addressed to graduates of private and public Institute of Vocational Training, who have successfully completed their two-year program and are holders of an Institute of Vocational Training diploma, who wish to upgrade their studies in just 1 year, by directly enrolling in the 3rd year of the academic program, obtaining an internationally recognized Bachelor degree and thus enhancing their professional rehabilitation prospects, both in Greece and abroad.

The direct enrolment in the 3rd year of studies (top-up) requires the presentation of the Certificate of Vocational Training of a private or public Institute of Vocational Training from a programme of related specialisation, such as:

  • Information Technology Applications Technician (Multimedia, Web designer, Developer, Video games)
  • Network and Telecommunications Technician
  • Computer Technician
  • Computer Software Technician

The Undergraduate Programme in Open Technologies in Informatics also offers the opportunity to continue your studies at postgraduate level.

The programme is offered with:

Physical presence in scheduled classes at our premises – 68 Sygrou Street (next to Metro “Sygrou – Fix”) but you have the opportunity through our modern educational platform to attend the courses on demand and online at your own time and place combining physical presence and distance learning.

Certificate of Vocational Training from a public or private Institute of Vocational Training of corresponding specialty.

Teaching is in Greek.

Β) By visiting IST

The IST Administrative Staff will be at your disposal to help you register. All you need is to come to IST with the necessary registration documents (to view them click here).

The way the already affordable IST tuition fees are paid is very flexible. In consultation with IST financial services, it is possible to pay in instalments or in a lump sum with a corresponding discount.

You can also apply for one of the scholarships offered by IST in cooperation with well-known companies and organisations. For more information here.

It is important to note that by paying your tuition fees, apart from attending the courses, you will enjoy a range of privileges and services at no extra charge such as:
