Description

By attending the Crisis Management Seminar you will be trained in the strategic planning of crisis management and scandals related to the external image of an organization as well as internal problems. Emphasis is placed on psychology during management, management evaluation and crisis prevention. The purpose of the seminar is training in crisis management so that you can contribute to crisis management and, above all, identify the risks of potential crises and scandals.

Entry Requirements

To business executives who responsibly manage teams, products, services and have responsibility for their quality effectiveness in an organization or business. These executives will be able to be informed in basic modern ways of strategic crisis management planning in order to become more effective in terms of the image of their company and team.

Apostolos Balanis holds a Doctorate (Business Administration) & MBA (International marketing). He has many years of experience as a presenter of seminars for adults (Management), Sales, Marketing, Human Resources Management and presenter of seminars on Project Management, Decision Making, Communication Techniques, Customer Service, etc., in English and Greek for companies and public organizations.
