Konstantinos Belsis was born in Athens where he is also a permanent resident. He holds degrees in Business Administration as well as in Human Resources Management from Deree (American College of Greece). He has an MBA Degree from the University of Leicester – United Kingdom. At the same time, he has attended various seminars related to Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Sales Techniques, Crisis Management and Negotiation, etc.
He has more than 20 years in the field of sales, and he has worked both in Greece and abroad in the fields of consumer goods, health and auto. He has held the positions of Product manager, Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager, Business Excellence Manager and Director. He has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than ten years. From the position of Director of Libytec Pharmaceuticals that he currently holds, he leads a team of employees working in the Marketing and Sales departments. During his employment in the pharmaceutical industry he has collaborated with prominent key opinion leaders, key prescribers and executives of various health organizations (Hospitals, etc.) with many distinctions. He teaches communication and sales techniques based on international methodology and tools, through which significant results are achieved, and lead the staff to achieve high scores. He is a certified speaker and for the last 10 years he has been using his experience and knowledge, emphasizing the largest capital of companies, which is human resources. He has collaborated with notable Institutions and Organizations such as the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the Association of Greek Industrialists (SEV), EEFAM, PEF, EEDE, MSL Advisors, London UK as well as foreign colleges.
Virginia Spyraki is the Manager in the Operational Excellence & Resources Allocation department of the auditing company Grant Thornton SA and she has over 10 years of experience in human resource management across the full range of Human Resources Management functions. With a background in Economics (graduate of the Department of Economics of the Kapodistrian University of Athens) and Human Resources Management (MSc in Human Resources Management of ASOEE) she has served as a Supervisor in the HR department focusing on attracting, selecting and training staff. For the last 6 years she has been managing the Operational Excellence & Resources Allocation department with the aim of the proper distribution and utilization of the staff of the Assurance line of the company. She is a presenter of internal seminars, induction trainings and project management. During her 11 years at Grant Thornton, she has conducted numerous interviews, having gained valuable experience in placing candidates in the appropriate positions.
This program is divided into two parts in order to be a “guide to successful preparation during the period of employment”.
The theoretical part (9 hours), in which the most important theories are analyzed so that the candidate acquires the necessary knowledge which are applied in the modern era and the practical part (7 hours) which includes the methods and modern practices for a successful interview.
